This work is released under any of the following licenses, please choose the one you wish to use:

- Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 licence (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/3.0/)
– Microsoft Public License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/ms-pl.html)
– MIT License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/mit-license.php)
– BSD License (http://www.opensource.org/licenses/bsd-license.php)

I hope at least one of these licenses will allow you to use Performer how you want. I am not a lawyer, but in a nutshell I want people to use Performer how they wish (including in commercial ways) as long as I get attribution as the original author of the work.

The easiest way to do that is leave the license notice at the top of the Performer file you use. However, and this is completely optional, you can include the full text of the license you choose to use Performer under.
