Popper documentation

Popper allows you to open new windows, setting parameters such as whether to show the location or status bars, and the width and height of the new window.

Be aware that due to misuse of popup windows in the past many browsers have methods to stop popup windows. Other browsers may open popup windows in a new tab. Still, this remains a useful feature to open a new window when JavaScript is supported, while providing a standard accessible link for visitors without JavaScript.

Example

<p><a class="popper" rel="searchbox" rev="width=400,height=300,location=no,menubar=no,status=no,toolbar=no" href="http://www.google.com">Search the web using Google</a></p>
